From Arequipa (where I had my phone stolen) I took the overnight bus to Cusco.

A reproduction of an Inca bridge only theirs were narrower. It bounces as you walk!

A play in front of the Catholic Church, awareness on LGBT rights, it WAS very funny!

One of the 12 corners stone cut by the Incas. No one knows how they managed it. All kinds of wild tales are going around: fire, sound, extra terrestrials….    and a local woman weaving while waiting for costumers

I decided to take the road instead of the overpriced train. It starts off beautifully until the road turns into a track on the side of the mountain. Still beautiful but…… nail bitting returned 🙂

Rest before the 13 km treck along the railway line. You had to look at your FEET the whole time. I ached everywhere when I got to Aguas Calientes and treated myself to the HOT Springs. So nice!
